2024 Holidays, In-Services and Weather Days
Work Plus, Inc. will determine whether to remain open or close early in extreme weather conditions when schools elect to offer later starts, early dismissals, and on days when the school districts are closed. Individuals receiving services can choose not to work due to weather conditions, even if Work Plus remains open. Safety for clients and staff is our priority.
Work Plus, Inc. policy on school closings for virtual learning: Work Plus understands that virtual learning is an option for schooling. Our agency will decide if we will be open or not when a school district is virtual due to inclement weather.
Notification: Work Plus, Inc. staff will notify clients, families, residential providers, employers, and transportation providers regarding any closures. We will post closings on our website (www.workplus.org) and our Facebook page by 6:30 a.m. Work Plus will work with care providers and families in the event of early closures.
We are closed the following 2024 legal holidays and in-service days.
